After you make contact and appoint our agency, we ask you all the relevant questions to get to the heart of the job description so we can create a pairing that best suits your families and your children's needs.
We take your information and start with our extensive and tested database of candidates we have trained or certified. If any job description requires any special needs or location restrictions beyond the candidates we work with, we post the job to our trusted sources to widen the pool of care talent.
After supplying you with the candidates and description around their skillsets we ask you to create a shortlist of your three favourites for the interview phase.
Before the interviewees come to you. If we haven't already checked or placed the carer. We do a thorough background and reference check from previous employers/referrers.
Your new carer begins their journey supporting your children's development and your time as a family. We check back in to see the experience is developing well and stay available to your needs.
We offer au pair and nanny training once a month which includes accredited Level 1 first aid customised for paediatric care.
All our training is done in-person so that we get to know the candidates and especially the first aid training. We believe that especially for CPR, an experienced and qualified trainer is essential for candidates to know each and every step for successful resuscitation.
All candidates must either be trained by us, another reputable agency or have many year's experience in childcare before we place them with a family.
We insist that any candidate who is placed through us has a first aid certificate. Our training as an au pair or nanny, develops skills and confidence and ensure that every candidate understands our values and works to our high standards.
We offer first aid training to candidates who don't have a certificate before they are eligible to become part of our team.
Fees:
Just au pair / nanny training class (1 day): R950 / 50% deposit required to secure booking.

If you're looking for certification and First Aid training we place you in one of our monthly classes bringing you to the highest standard of care for your clients.
We add you to out database for consideration from the continuous monthly job postings our families use us for. If your criteria matches the job description we arrange the interview for you.
